
The winery is divided into 4 sections corresponding to the different production steps: steel tanks, concrete vats, casks and barriques, bottling and labeling.
The first fermentation takes place into the steel tanks, from these the new wine is transferred into concrete vats for the malo-lactic fermentation and then aged in casks and barriques.
These are ranged in the most ancient part of the winery, dating back to the end of the XVIIIth century and located underneath the villa's garden.
The wine is exported to the United States, England, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Japan, South Korea.
